Common questions
How much does a system cost?
It depends on the modules, number of users and integrations. After the discovery call we give you a written fixed price, so there is no open-ended billing.
Do we need to buy servers?
No. We host on secure cloud infrastructure with daily backups. If your policy requires it, we can install on your own server instead.
What happens if we want changes after launch?
Small changes are covered by your support plan. Larger features are quoted separately before any work begins.
Can you work with our existing software?
Usually, yes. We integrate with accounting packages, biometric devices, payment gateways, delivery platforms and most systems that offer an API or data export.
